This website launched on December 1st, 2009. There was a tight timeline (10 weeks) and the development and design of the website required extensive client input. We kept the project on target and launched on time. This website also integrates with the client’s conference registration vendor, ThinkREg.com. All contact forms save the submitter’s information to the Vertical Response platform in order to cut down on database management time.
The staff members have been fully trained to update, maintain and add to this Content Management site, including:
- Edit all pages, including search engine code, image banners and images/videos in the page.
- Add new pages that in turn add the pages to the navigation if desired.
- Add news items that show up in News Feeds (on and off the website).
- Enter/Edit new Event profiles that link to the Registration software at ThinkReg.com
- Monitor and download reports from Contact Submissions.
The first client inquiry came within hours of launching the website.
