Reggio Hearn is the Director of Technology at BB Creative. Since Reggio has such a pulse on new technology from phones to computers worldwide, he informs the rest of the BB Creative team what is emerging and what to design websites to accommodate in the future. His expertise in software, technology, and event planning, has immensely helped with clients like NAIOP SFBA, Marin HR & JFE Network. All these websites need online registration. He continues to prove himself by lowering our technology cost while making sure we have the latest (and fasters computers to program, design and test with). He also manages the security of the network, machines and backing up protocols within the office and offsite web servers.
Previously, Reggio worked over 15 years managing IT infrastructures and event registration system software development for a wide range of companies and industry sectors including several Fortune 100 companies. He has managed projects on 6 continents and is fluent in French. Reggio graduated from the University of California Davis in 1995 with a degree in Political Science and Communications. JD likes to build information systems and automate tasks to solve problems. He believes that organisations can become more efficient by building custom systems that compliment their own processes, rather than adapt themselves to a generic program that dictates their workflow. He has also been interested in the potential of technology in bringing education to the masses, in a way that is practical. Besides solving problems, he loves his food and enjoys photography.
